Our services

CrossFit Groups

Train as part of a community where unity and mutual support are at the heart of each session.

  • Strategic Programming: High-intensity, varied workouts to build functional strength and endurance. We use foundational weightlifting moves and basic gymnastics exercises.

  • Flexible Class Times:

    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 17:30, 18:30 and 19:30 pm.

    • Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00, 8:00, 17:30, 18:30 and 19:30.
